Been a while, yadda yadda yadda... Lots of busy time since Motorola is buying Good, the holidays are upon us - halls need decked and trees need trimmed. And, of course, Maya needs hats!
Maya loves hats. Have we covered this already? Well, it bears repeating - she really likes hats. So this update is kind of focused on that, as I seem to have a lot of good hat pics from the last week or so.
Here you are sporting the college look. The Wisco sweatshirt Aunt Molly and Uncle Mike bought you finally fit, and you have been getting a lot of use out of it the last few weeks. Along with, of course, your favorite hat!
This hat keeps showing up, either because it is easy for you to find or it is your overall favorite. Either way, we seem to keep finding you in it.
You don't ALWAYS wear hats, you definitely need your coffee in the morning before you get your hat on! Just kidding. Don't call DFS, you don't actually get to drink coffee.

Besides the hat, you are sitting a lot lately! Not the state you are usually in between falling on the ground and then getting up, I mean like sitting down and STAYING there. We don't know what to think, this is very new to us. Here you are sitting at the window (watching for cats, birds, or squirrels) and keeping time with whatever is on the stereo with your maracas. Too sweet.
Ok, not hat related, but we live in a strange place. No snow, so some people overcompensate just slightly by making their houses into a display you would have no trouble finding from space. Here is just one example, we took a ride around the neighborhood to document some of the more Christmas Vacation-like efforts. This house is our favorite. There are many more, but we'll leave that for a post of its own.
