First thing Sunday morning, we woke up from our nap and were a little confused. You sleep pretty good, even if it is only for a little while, and when you wake up in the morning sometimes it takes a few cups of coffee for you to really get moving...

Then we went up to the City!! Yay!!! It was the Haight Street Fair, you know, Haight-Ashbury, all the stinky hippies smelling like incense and dirty feet... We met Jeff Cotton and Lee Healy (soon to be Lee Cotton? Lee Healy-Cotton? Lee Hotton??) there, it was nice to see them but really they just wanted to hang out with you, and Lee wanted to show off her cowboy hat.

Woah! That's a lot of hippies. And a lot of grilling meats, and some loud music, and cool kids with funny t-shirts everywhere. Too bad it was so darn cold! I mean, it was 80 degrees when we left The Suburbs, and had to be about 60 in the Haight. Brrrr!

We sure saw lots of stuff, it was real fun riding around on mommy and daddy all day, and we even got to eat fried food and dance to music and see all the vendors. There was a LOT to look at.

So on the way home, you were REALLY tired.

So we went home and then it was time to listen to some music. She's a little DJ, this one is!
What a fun day! We like summertime, and it sure is nice to see our friends in the city. You seem to be developing a taste for rowdy people and loud music. Maybe daddy should take you to Burning Man this year!
That was the weekend, and it was a fun one! By the way, no pictures to show you but you now have TWO teeth coming in, both in the bottom front. One of them is peeking up out of your gums already, and making you hurty but you are such a good sport about it, and refuse to let a little ouchie get in the way of having a fun weekend. But hang in there, those "O's" will be a lot easier to crunch once you have some choppers!!
