You insisted it was time for the costume. And the mask. And the boots, and the gloves. Then you headed for the kitchen. Superhero in the kitchen! "You wanna pepperoni??!"

Then it was time to find that monkey. You had plans for that monkey, I could tell. You had a kind of gleam in your eyes.

And we didn't have to wait long to find out what you were up to...

Then it was time to go downtown, buy some coffee beans, and take a walk. Along the way, you saw a Tigger! We had to cross the street so you could go see him. You may also notice in this shot that when we suggested changing into some street clothes, you very politely declined.

When we got back home, you got to open a present from your Grandma Suzanne. We heard a rumor that she'd sent you some new nightgowns, which was really good news since you are trying really hard to wear that first one out. So we did a quick practice run on the presents under the tree...
Success! A new nightgown, and it has 'a lady' on it! You get really excited about The Ladies...
There were two packages from Grandma Suzanne, both feeling very similar. So we went to town on the second one too.
More ladies! Yay! And now, more nightgowns! I told you and your momma to wave at Grandma Suzanne, and you were happy to oblige:
You celebrated your sweet new pink nightgown by having a picnic at your pink table, after putting on your pink butterfly wings. Very pink! Note The Incredible collar still sticking out of the nightgown, you weren't ready to give your superhero outfit up quite yet...
You sure are a little stinker. Anyway, we're really excited for Christmas. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve! That means we can write your letter to Santa, and bake him some cookies. I hear he really likes cookies! We'll have to leave some carrots out for the reindeer, too. And we've got to remember to take the child lock off the fireplace! How terrible if he made it all the way here, and couldn't get into the living room?
Final note on today, I took a bike ride down to Stanford, and on the way there is a house with a sign out front, and they always paint the sign and have a word, a phrase, sometimes just colors. Anyway, I looked at the sign on my way past, and just had to stop for a picture. Some may recall that little Maya is way into The Grinch this year. Well, it looks like maybe other people like The Grinch too...
