Tiny, you were the hit of Thanksgiving last night! No, you didn't
really eat all that turkey and drink that wine, but it looks like it doesn't it?!?!
We took you to Tim and Amy Strickland's place for Thanksgiving Dinner. They used to be our neighbors, and now they are our 'city friends'. So it is always nice to see them. For Thanksgiving they invited us and a bunch of other folks over for dinner. They made the turkey and gravy, and everyone brought over more food and
lots of wine. It was pretty darned fun.
There was lots of activity and lots of noise. Turkey carving, a big table full of food, and lots of people who were very excited to see you again or even meet you for the first time.
However, you spent most of the night passed out in your car seat. You are funny like that. The louder the place, and the more people there are around you, the better you seem to sleep! So even though everyone was really excited to see you, I don't think you really noticed.
Amy Strickland also gave you your Christmas present last night! She is a sharp one. I don't know how she found it, but you know your dad has a strange obsession with
Sutro Tower. It is one of the coolest things about San Francisco, and SF has a lot of cool things. So check it out! When you wear this T-shirt around, people will know you are a
LOCAL. And that is important, cause then you have the right to make fun of all the tourists. I can't wait to put you in that T-shirt and take you down to the Mission for burritos, or to Potrero Hill for Eliza's sizzling rice soup. People will know not to mess around with you, that's for sure!
