We found you a house in Oaka-Park, a new place to call home.
So it was a really busy weekend, to say the least, with the looking at a dozen houses and making an offer on this one and such. However, we've got some ideas of what you were up to as well. You got to see Grammy and Aunt Gina, you played with Grandma Suzanne and Grandpa Dale and Aunt Heidi and Uncle Sean and Emma and Owen and Lucy and Jack and Joanna. And that was just for starters! Your mom took these great shots of you at Grammy's house enjoying your morning coffee. No, not really coffee, but you were digging it nonetheless.
You got to play a lot with your cousins, which was really nice. You, Emma, and Owen went to the water park, and beforehand you all made a fort. Here's a great picture of you all smiling sweetly. Almost.
Later you got together with them again, and played at the Pirate Park!
Mostly, you played. I don't know what this game was!
Out in the suburbs, you played in the rain with Grammy.

So we'll be quite busy for, well, I guess the rest of the time we live in California!! Which also includes getting you around to some of our favorite spots around here before we leave. Can you say 'the beach'? I know you can, you've asked to go about 20 times, so maybe we'll get there this weekend while we also inventory and prepare to cull and develop logistics plans and so many other things. Along the way, you have been a great helper so far, and last weekend you sure had fun with all the family.
