You moved this chair from the patio onto the wood chips, so you could harvest the white flowers from the tree. But after I trimmed the tree, you had to get higher still and eventually ran out of flowers to pick.
If I pull a branch down, though, the flowers come almost into reach... And that sets you off, on a mission to pick. You will not rest until this flower has been torn from its perch. Then, like all the others, it will be tossed aside or presented to someone as a beautiful gift. Please, Maya, stop picking the flowers! You are seriously worse than the dang squirrels.
In other news, we've been to Taylorville. You got your hair cut, into a bob and it looks so cute. You went to gymnastics today, and for the second Tues/Thurs in a row it looks like we'll be rained out of the start of swimming lessons. Quite a bit going on, as usual, but now that summer has started and we're officially thawed out (I know, it is mid-June, but that was one brutal winter!) we're moving full swing into summertime and it looks like a busy one!
